Custom Branding Services typically take four to five weeks to complete. This time is estimated based on timely client feedback, the number of drafts required during the design process, and any other add-ons to the project. We will closely watch your project and email you as we hit milestones to ensure we stay on track.

Consultation. Let’s chat. After you inquire with us, we will set up a time to talk. We want to get to know you, your business, and your vision. And you should have the opportunity to get to know us, too. We both want to make sure we’re a good fit because we have some work ahead of us.

Proposal. Once you’re ready to start working with us, we’ll send along a Proposal for you to review, a Contract to sign, and an Invoice requesting a 50% deposit to begin work. Once you have placed your deposit, we will get you into our work queue.

Questions. We probably asked you a lot of questions during the Consultation, but let’s face it, we want to know more about you! While we don’t need to know what you eat for breakfast, we do care to hear (and read about) about your hopes, dreams, preferences, and more. This part might take you a while. And that’s ok. Everything you write is valuable to us, but most importantly, to you.

Inspiration. We want to see what strikes your interest, visually. And we want to put some ideas out there, as well. We will collaborate on an online vision board to vet preferences. Once you receive your question responses, allow up to 5 business days for us to send you the vision board. You can then edit, respond, or add to it as needed.

Craft. Once we’ve homed in on your inspiration pieces, Amy will get to work on crafting the anchor of your new brand – the logo. The initial logo design period can take up to 7 business days to complete, with revisions requiring up to 5 business days. You will have the opportunity to review your initial logo concepts, with two additional rounds of revisions and edits, until it is just right.

Elements. Once your logo is approved, Amy will provide you with secondary logo options, a refined color palette, patterns, and drops within 5 business days. You will be able to view these elements collectively on a Brand Board. You will have the opportunity to review your initial Brand Board, with two additional rounds of revision and edits, until it is perfectly polished.

Delivery. Upon approval of your Brand Board, we will craft a custom Brand Usage Guide for you, within 5 business days. You will receive all your files, artwork, and guides to keep and use. Everything will be bundled together in a Dropbox folder for easy download access. Your branding project is complete.

Reveal. You can start sharing your new elements immediately. And you’ve earned some congratulations, as you’ve officially been branded (in a good way). Break out the bubbly! We can’t wait to see your brand in use.

Follow-up. One week after delivery, we will follow up via email to ensure you have downloaded all your files and to answer any questions. 

 



Ready to Buy Branding and One Time Buy Branding services typically take up to 7-10 business days to complete. This time is estimated based on timely client information provided to us and timely feedback. If you get behind, we’ll reach out to give you a friendly nudge.

Purchase. Once you’ve purchased your Ready to Buy Brand or One Time Buy Brand on our website, we will contact you to gather any necessary details you did not complete at the time of your purchase. If you purchased a One Time Buy Brand, you can rest assured that it is no longer available for purchase on our store.

Craft. We will create your brand with your details. Don’t worry if your business name seems too long or too short compared to what is sampled online. Amy works magic with artwork! Unsure if your name would be a good fit on a brand? Just reach out and we can determine if it can be just right for you. This initial period can take up to 5 business days to complete.

Proof. We will email you the Brand Board, with all relevant elements, for you to review and approve. Should you require a minor tweak, we will do one more round of proofs for you. Please remember that Ready to Buy and One Time Buy Brands come as shown in terms of colors, patterns, and other elements.
